I try to control machines, I really do, but they won’t let me. I try to mediate people’s experience through their machines. I hate machines, they mediate my accessing of the world making me feel lazy, anxious, confused and euphoric. I use machines and I love myself for not loving machines. Is admiration a kind of loving? Am I ungrateful for not loving what I depend on to be myself? Am I using too much love on a senseless entity? Am I using love? How can someone use love? I’m wrong. One shouldn’t be so negative.

MINI MARKET [Canary Islands, Spain]
Mini Market is the new electro-pop-punk-freak revelation in the Canary Islands (Spain). This duet is formed by Mini Lady (voice and exotic dances) and Mr Market (guitar and programming), two fascinated people by groups such us Devo, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, or Stereo Total. Their powerful and funny life show has been played in many different clubs and festivals all around the Canary Islands. They have share scene with artist like The Long Blondes, Mat Elliot, Sidonie, Aviador Dro, DJ Jeff Automatic and some others. Recently, the Mexican record company Molecula Records has included Mini Market on their last compilation Fantástico! Vol 1, with the best indie and electronic bands from Latin America.

DIMINUTO CIELO [Canary Islands, Spain]
Diminuto Cielo is the Victor Herrera's personal project. Herrera is a musician with many conections with differents music bands of postpunk and noise pop in Canary Islands. His musical work began in summer 2009 after a long trip that given him a lot of sensations and influences. In that trip Herrera visited several big european cities, as Florence (Italy), Prague (Czech Republic) and Amsterdam (Holland), and he was hosted in dirty hotels where he could feel various feelings as loneliness, love and hate. The people from Canary Islands, as Herrera, knows what means the isolation, and that feeling is also recreated in his creations. His musical influences are Suicide, Múm, Javier Corcovado, Xiu Xiu, Patrick Wolf, Animal Collective and many others. Diminuto Cielo use the Folktronic and Magic Pop to try to create a different music style from the Canary Islands, an spanish region located in the african west coast.
